bias toward easing by the fed, no rate cut.

Naz now negative, but I think that the market will rally on this.

Larry Kudlow says that we should have a rate cut before the next meeting. I believe that this is what will happen. By not going to neutral bias and actually leaning toward easing, the fed is telegraphing the next move. A rate cut today would have had too much of a manic rally effect. This will allow for a healthier slow move up.
