SHORT TERRITORY HERE....careful with longs. CSCO was doing well and now its 40% of day high. DOW is powering down and nasdaq as well. We are looking for a possible call option in CIEN but treading carefully. We are deep into shorters territory. Shorts are powering much like the longs were powering before. To get the uptick you had to have gotten short BEFORE the meeting.. in fact we were 15 minutes or more before the meeting and most shorts were still in positive territory.
