thesilenttype, I agree with you 100%, more warnings are coming, and next qtr's earnings are going to be bad also. Sales are going down, there's a global slowing. Many will get hit this winter with extremely high heating costs. Tax loss selling should kick in for the rest of this week, IMO. There may be fund redemptions next month. Remember, a rate cut wouldn't even affect our economy for about 6 months, and we didn't even get a cut. I think she's going down boys and girls, after things sink in. We needed a cut now, IMO.
