I've somewhat noticed this on current-month expiration of out-of-the-money call options on Monday opens. I tended to attribute it to lost time premium since two days had vanished since the previous Friday close. Logic would indicate that the opposite would be true on the put side, but I've never investigated.

Make any sense?
