I beg to differ. LiveCharts has been following this sequence for several days:

1. Normal Operation
2. Data stops, clock stays blue
3. Clock turns gray (or black) after 30 seconds.
4. Clock turns red after 15 seconds.
5. Clock turns blue after 15 seconds.
6. Data streams return to normal after 2 or three seconds.
Total time without data = 1 minute.
This pattern is very consistent. I have verified it on a fast Mac, a Linux portable, a fast PC, and a slow(virtual) PC, so it is not a problem with a particular user platform.
Also, the time sequence I indicated was the same for all of the above platforms, so it's something at the server end.
This happened so many times today that I lost count; my best estimate is 30 times. It really is a problem.
