Hello Earnestine, At this point, I recommend is making sure that the browser is Java enabled. I've enclosed the guidelines for checking these settings. Internet Explorer 5.0 Go to the "Tools" menu, and choose "Internet Options" From here, choose the "Advanced" tab at the top. Scroll down and make sure the following three boxes have been checked. "Java Logging Enabled" "Java Console Enabled" and "Java Compiler" Netscape 4.7 Go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Prefernces" and highlight the word "Advanced."
