The definition between "me" and "not me" is missing.

What is with you guys? This precept seems so central and obvious (to me). That's why I guess it will have to remain a personal philosophy!!

Both you and Mitch seem to think the line between "me" and "not me" is very blurry. For me it isn't. I find my life (my perceived reality) goes better when I incorporate the not-me into it so my "me" philosophy isn't one of "selfishness" or of being "self-centered". You guys seem to have the senses on the inside of the "me" wall.

For my personal "me", the senses are part of the "not me" interface. Senses can be easily fooled so they are distinctly not me in that case (if I can judge my senses to be wrong, then they aren't me cuz "me" is never wrong). If I accept the senses as wrong they are outside of "me" and puts them into the category of things that you can't necessarily believe.

"Me" is never wrong in the moment, but may be discovered to be wrong later (pending new thought or data) in which case I realign "me" to the truth.
