Nice example Bilow, from one of your links "The Samsung M464S1724CT1 consists of eight CMOS 8M x 16 bit with 4banks" I spose to anybody not clicking on the links, your point was made. OK, you don't need 8 chips to make a DIMM, but most DIMMS have 8 and many have more. The point of that March post stands i.e. that the ratio of chips to modules for SDRAM is greater than for RDRAM. Nice try to twist facts again. Edit - I was curious so looked at more of those links that were examples of DIMMs not having 8 chips on them and guess what I found? Along with a few examples of datasheets not being available for that product. Your rate of BS generation seems to be greater than your quality control. You are getting sloppy Bilow and it doesn't take much effort to pick up on your inconsistencies.
