we won't see a true bottom in the nasdaq until the dow and s&p get cut in half...at minimum....financials will be smoked...biotechs on the nasdaq...csco won't hit a true bottom for a long long time...I bet 5 years....Many bounces and false rallies... I would be that csco hits true bottom around $10-15...if all goes well for the company.... bambs p/e 15 with 10 billion shares and actual earnings of 10 billion dollars on 100 billion in revenue. $15 a share...
