Don't think so.

Remember the market is running 6 months ahead of reality.

I think we will have a make everyone happy fiscal policy:

1. Tax breaks galore.
2. Spending gouged as investments - in such areas as education, military etc.

Remember the projected surplus was based on a solidly growing revenues and tax base.

We will have voodoo economics.

And the market know this.

Hope you are happy and "hedged".
