2 of the 7 who you say disagree with me wrote lengthy dissents that make mincemeat of the majority opinion. You might try actually reading them before telling me that I don't understand them. Souter and Breyer, who were the 2 justices in dissent that expressed equal protection concerns, both thought that the Supreme Court should have declined to take the case at all.
