Add Allied Riser (ARCC) to your list. Here is a BLEC that got killed with the rest of the Local Exchange Carriers a few months ago. They have been trading under $2 a share, when they have $5.11 a share in cash and a $6.33 book value per share.

In October, they adopted a more success-based capital model, in conjunction with a more moderate network deployment schedule, which should enable ARCC to reach positive EBITDA in 2003 without returning to the market for additional capital, according to CFO Todd Doshier.
