"What am I missing here?" Fred, if you want my opinion, the stock market is still overvalued and more bad earnings are coming.
Earnings drive the stock market, either up or down.
AND, a rate cut is only going to provide a bounce.
IMO, no bull market until maybe the fall of 2001.
