Dennis and all,

Thats a very valid point, but that doesnt mean that there cant be a rally, and even a significant rally without it. If we do rally from here and the bullishs pecentage is still high, and other sentiment indicators are still showing complacency, I would just interpret that the MAIN BOTTOM still may not have been set. It could be in a few more weeks, or several months, or even more than a year. Frankly, I dont know.

I only had enough time to post it on our website, but we did add a long position(UOPIX) in our mutual fund account at today's close, with about 86% cash and no short position.

Today was the BUY-IN DAY based on my CLASS 1 BUY signal on MONDAY, so Im suspecting some sort of a short-term rally to start tomorrow latest THUR.

Sorry but wont have enough time to do a thorough INDEX UPDATE until THUR/FRI.

Again thanks for all the well wishes.
