Hank, MSK is a lay down in my view whilst the market cap is hovering around C$100 million. Read the fine print on the structure and encumbrances of the underlying property agreements. The properties are subject to 5.5% gross royalty. This is very onerous especially on a base metal property. And the location is poor for what would be a sulfide concentrate producer. No power, no roads, no port, that sort of stuff. Oh ya, it would be nice to see more consistent grade as well as some thickness. MSK has to be an open pit for it to work I think. No sign of that yet?
