IBM, CSCO, HWP downgraded this morning. 12/20/00 7:55:43 AM Cisco Systems, Inc. was downgraded Wednesday morning by Merrill Lynch to an "Accumulate" from a "Buy". The stock is currently trading lower by 3 7/16 on 4.8K shares before the bell on Wednesday. Cisco Systems has been on a sharp downward trend for the last week and broke below long term support on Tuesday to close at a new 52-week low.
