mph, Well, I was fuming when Greenspan tightened 50 basis points (that last cut) in the spring. He hadn't even given the previous cuts to take effect... that's when he and the FOMC overdid it and I was vociferous in my displeasure at the time. We are so close to the brink now that the FOMC should have eased 50 basis points IMO. Now they are forced to go 50 basis in January or the blood will continue to run. OG <--- no fear here.... LOL! I'm a bad liar.
