I generally eat whatever I want seven days a week. Fit as a fiddle. I'm Protestant so we don't have to bother with all that denying ourselves stuff (grin), though I fast occasionally as a matter of discipline and prayer. I make roast leg of lamb covered in coriander and impregnated with garlic. I insist on eating the crusted skin with a chewy wine. I don't eat much, but I love variety. That New Years list you gave a minute ago sounds just wonderful. We'll be over at, say, 8:00pm on Dec 31. We'll bring the wines.
