NURUN inc. a leading global e-business network, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mme Michèle Gagné as General Manager and Regional Vice President of its Quebec City office. Mme Gagné will lead a team of more than 200 professionals specializing in the development and implementation of large projects for state and provincial governments including the Ministère du Revenue du Quebec (MRQ), the State of Oklahoma and the Ministère des Ressources Naturelles (MRN).
Mme Gagné draws on more than 17 years of high-tech managerial and consulting experience at top organizations in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining NURUN, Mme Gagné was one of the company's long-standing clients through a four-year tenure at the Société de Portefeuille du Groupe Desjardins (SPGDAG), a general insurance holding company. Before being promoted to first Vice President of Technology, she served as Operations Manager for six provincial call centers.

More About Michèle Gagné
After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing at Laval University in 1983, Michèle headed up major marketing accounts at IBM, followed by a six-year consultancy at DMR, one of the nation's top five consulting firms. There, she shepherded a variety of successful commissions, including the much-publicized Cadastral Reform Project for the Ministère des Ressources Naturelles du Quebec (MRN), one of Canada's chief sources for mining research, and a NURUN client. Michèle lives in Sillery, Quebec.
