Ivan: I'd be surprised if it has a significant impact, assuming they can normally beat the analyst's estimates between 2-4 cents/share. Rough calculation has it affecting earnings at most by about 1-2 cents. Guess it will depend on how many shares they have in their treasury. Supposedly they bought like crazy back in 1994 when the stock tanked because they missed by a penny. Plus they have some profits from other deals (CSCC for one). One thing is for sure -- they are extremely sensitive about their stock price and will do everything they can to protect it from being butchered (at least I hope so!). We'll have to wait and see..
