Sorry I cannot give you hard evidence. WINDs VP Marketing said that WIND was gaining market share. From that I assume that INTS is losing share. I also work in embedded system programming. There's a lot more VxWorks business out there now than there used to be.

However, I don't have as much confidence (or is it arrogance:) as someone else here, to advise you to sell a stock. (It's much easier to give advice to buy than to sell) Especially in the near/medium term. I do feel strongly that WIND is taking over the business and that INTS will not be a major player, in the long term. However, it seems that the market may be including those feelings in the price. And, whether either one is fairly priced is a purely personal decision (or btw u and ur wife:)
