Good point, and the reason is simple, the T-bills have been in rally mode, pushing lt interest rates to an 18 month low, thus actually stimulating home sales and mortgage refies. Lumber futures are also looking to rise a bit.
BTW, crude is also heading down.

I am very surprised that on many of the boards, people are still biased to the long side. How many times do they have to be hit by a brick to learn the market is played long & short?
