Nathan, I saw a 192,000 block @ 27/32, so funds are just dumping at any price. I would be looking at stocks that are beaten to death versus ones that are showing strength here. I know it sounds off base, but after tax selling is over, these institutions will run the ones that they have the most inventory on, with very little volume to get rid of that inventory. In addition, there is no reason for a short seller to hang on any longer when the markets are this close to a bottom. If they do, greed will get the best of them.
