The Global deal is good and bad. Without it, AVL would surely be out of cash which would definitely limit its options. Did they give up too much? I hope they pursue the Tantalum properties aggressively.

In hole lpd00-10 they said it assayed 0.023% Ta2O5 and 2.154% Cs2O over 8 meters and a new zone that averaged 0.034% Ta2O5 over 10.1 meters. Then they pointed out that an in situ grade 0.045% Ta2O5 was equivalent to one pound of Ta2O5 which currently trades at US$363.55 per pound. That makes the upper zone worth gross US$180 per tonne in situ and the lower zone US$270. Both should be economic over mineable widths.

And what about the Cesium values? It appears that the Cesium might add US$20 per tonne in situ. What concentration ratio is required to get the in situ grade of 2.154% Cso2 to the 24% level?
