To a casual observer, and I am not one, it looks as if the election mess and Bush win provoked this mess. I do not subscribe to this view, but... Bush will get the bigger share of the blame down the road when it becomes obvious that we are not pulling out of the rut. They will long for the Clinton years. -ng
