sell rallies on high valuation stocks, all the way down to capitulation...hold permanent shorts on no-upside POS's, what else is there to do? Add to NYSE/old econ/bank/lender/broker shorts on rallies and wait buy golds on dips...that's all I do...no need for optimization, profits have been rolling in...I take profits periodically, usually early, then retain remainder of positions...have a ton of individual position put so it's like slot machines hitting all over the place, no need to fight the tape, but I hedge with calls on quality techs

that's all I know, sure I look at trend lines and such for entry limits, partial exits, whatever..but generally just sell, sell, sell, because that's what works, what catalyst would change that aside from dead cats? everyone, EVERYONE, looking at the same damn waves and charts for a bottom, that won't ever work, will it? they'll puke them all the way down, IMO
