As I've indicated before, I think that is going to have dire consequences for Microsoft, which I believe is among those who rely most heavily on paying their employees in scrip. Attempts to decrease expenses will be overwhelmed if they have to start running their full cost of employees through the income statement. But that's JMHO. Charles Tutt (TM)
