Hedge fund managers are killing it. Unfortunately, this will put us in one of the worst recessions we have seen for some time. We are in big trouble here. I'm not an advocate of AG bailing out stupid investments, but I am an advocate of keeping the boat afloat. AG made a MONUMENTAL mistake first by not changing the bias to neutral in November, and by not lowering rates yesterday. Take a look back in 73-74 when we trimmed 35% off the market. It took YEARS to recover. Right now, we are down almost 50% from LAST YEAR. What AG doesn't seem to understand is, we DO NOT have any new technology on the horizon that will bail us out of this mess. PC's and Cell phones have been bought by the masses now. No reason to go out and buy a news system when you already have a reliable one. It's ironic in his message yesterday, he mentioned he was concerned about dwindling profits, that he may take action if necessary. I thought this clown doesn't look at what the markets are doing. He truly is an idiot. Ever meet someone where you literally have to spell the story out for them, in other words they can see the forest from the trees? That's AG for you. The trees are collapsing on top of him, yet he thinks we will sustain a growth rate of 4%. Try negative 1-2% next year. He has really done it in this time.
