Volt: Bush named his new treasury secretary today and there was no reaction from the market to that event. What is happening with the house theory that they won't burn their own houses. Merill Lynch lowered on three high tech stocks like csco, ibm and hwp. The way nasdaq is taking beatings is unimagninable. Do you see any light at the end of the tunnel??
