The one thing that bothered me most about Gore was his anti-business rhetoric. I saw on a comment by a democrat today suggesting that the government should be more pro-people than it is pro-business. I find this to be an absurd statement because being pro-business is pro-people. If a president is anti-business, s/he is directly impacting my ability to support myself. Businesses are not the enemy of the people, they are the ones that give us our paycheck. I am not looking at this as if there is some debt that we all owe our jobs, it is a two way street, we sell our services to our employers and they give us money. The relationship between employers and employees in most cases is symbiotic, not parasitic.

Gore taking an anti-business position told me that he would be attacking one of my most basic rights, the right to provide for my family.
