Partners With Valencia/Woody Frazier To Begin Production of TRUSTER

Executive Officer of Valencia/SBI (OTC Bulletin Board: SBID), today announced
that Woody Frazier has began pre-production of "TRUSTER". Twentieth Century Fox
Studios partners with Woody Frazier productions/Valencia to start production of
the pilot episode "TRUSTER" for the Fox Family Network. Emmy award producer,
Woody Frazier's starts pre-production January 2, 2001. The video taping of the
episode will began late February in front of a live audience at the company's
Valencia Studios in the Los Angeles area. Woody's responsibilities include
business development for the television division and strategy as well as
coordinating and producing the company's new television shows. This is one of
several show that will be launch by the company in 2001.
Woody Frazier Productions has created and produced television shows including
the "Dick Cavitt Show," "Steve Allen Show," "That's Incredible," "Mike Douglas
Show," "Good Morning America," "Richard Simmons," "The Home Show" and other
major television shows.
