To anyone who might care to respond: I have never been to a "shareholder's meeting" and I am curious what happened in New Hampshire ....Did shareholders vote on anything? ...Did shareholders have anything to do with the stock split decision, or was the meeting just a convenient place to make the announcement? I assume "tours" of the plant were arranged for those interested ...true? Anyone get in a one-on-one conversation with a lowly employee? ...did the employee own stock too? ...were PRESTEK lawyers there too (explaining their spin on the current and anticipated legal battles)?? Was Oxley there? Anyone from 20th Century Ultra there? Was an SEC spy there? Any disagreements from the floor? Are there insiders who acknowledged the SI thread exists? ...did the meeting officially acknowledge Lutts in some way? Who appeared to question you or your motive for being there? Did you have to produce proof of shareholder status to attend? Any astonishing observations about individuals once seen in person (do people seem different than their impressions from the thread)? Any Heidleberg people there? Any overseas investors there? Were people open about talking about their interests or were they just polite and involved in "small talk"? Which financial reporter attended? Anyone there with an artificial limb? (I ask this due to personal curiousity because my great grandfather lost a leg in the Civil War and was inspired to found the Hanger Artificial Limb business... several branches still around, all privately owned, except for one: HGR [ASE]...) This story also reminds me that I almost lost a finger when I was operating a large, old printing press ...narrowly missed getting it caught and smashed when I was hand feeding the paper napkins...a project in junior high school to impress parents. This printing press memory is what first sparked my interest in PRST: any improvement in a printing press gets my attention! ...I hope all you fans out there still have your fingers. Thank you all for the news and discussions on the thread... zz
