Richard,
If it is nearing a top it is probably only short term. As "INVESTOR" noted it looks quite probable that this stock will go to $15-20 by years end.

As for the after hours trade over $11 I don't know what to think. I'm not real sure how after hours trades work. I would guess that if someone wants to buy after hours they have to find a seller. This may be the reason why the purchaser paid a 6% premium over the closing price of 10 5/8. I can only speculate why someone would pay so much: A. They have substantial holdings and are trying to "manipulate" the stock upwards (the after hours trade was only for about 4000 shares I think) or B. Someone thinks CGN has some news coming out Monday morning that will drive the stock upwards and 11 3/16 will look cheap or C. Just because someone wanted to buy at 4:19.
