"Stomped"? If a two by four to the back of the head is "stomping", then maybe you're right. Most people think "stomping" involves actually "winning" and by a lot. Without cheating. I don't think Bush is within a thousand miles of stomping anything. He is in way over his head. He looks like a deer in the headlights these days. Maybe Cheney should take his hand out of Dubya's back for a few hours so he can get a normal facial expression back.
