VAR employees face more depositions
as another round of notices was forced upon the company. Named to the list is Executive Vice President George A. Zdasiuk, twice deposed already, and a corporate counsel Kathy L. Hibbs, also deposed previously. Martin Klausmeier-Brown is to be deposed for the first time in this near two year old legal war.

The CEO, of course, Richard 'Dick' Levy was deposed last year and is now the subject of at least four perjury inquiries. A trial date has yet to be set but is expected to be in the first half of next year.
