"Read these recent press releases very carefully before you invest." Yes, you must do that.
There have been two (2) patents applied for so far for SpectruCell. These are 'core' patents that describe the basics of the SpectruCell unit and the concept. This from today's (12/20/00) PR: "The company also recently filed the first two of a series of 35 plus patents that relate to the software implementation of CDMA on an IS-95 platform."
According to the December 12th press release, Mr. "May also indicated that management plans to file in excess of 35 patents relating to the SpectruCell technologies. In combination these patents will enable the company to leverage its position as a leader in the implementation of Software Defined Radio applications for multiple protocol (CDMA, WCDMA, UMTS, & 3G) functionality."
The statement that ADVC is "Applying for 95 patents" is totally untrue and could be misleading.
One more point, DDInvestor is paid in 144 restricted restricted shares and we have no intention of selling them or removing the restriction at this time or any time in the near future.
