Yes, good point. I actually felt that it wasn't the day traders (the best of whom simply act as semi-market makers, a point which the market makers do not appreciate in the least) who need to be excised from this market but the "new paradigm" and "those silly old rules don't matter" crowd. Nice bounce today but after options expiration does anyone honestly believe it's onward and upward for the Naz?

(Well, I don't, but I'm just one voice crying in the rain . . .)

I do. October is over. My guess is that the NAZ will run
20-30% (3700-4000) during this move up over the next two to three months.
Oh yes, gold will sink.
