The Market is manic-depressive Scott. IF you lower rates, it rallies, and then everyone starts fretting about the Fed admitting that we must be headed into a recession. In the end, given the situation, I think that yesterday's announcement (albeit very late in coming, imo), was the best way to handle the manic-depression... LoF
