Interactive Telesis Provides Interactive Voice Response and Call Center Solution to Verizon

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2000--Interactive Telesis(TM) Inc. (OTCBB:TSIS - news) a premier provider of interactive voice response (IVR) and speech-enabled hosting services, Wednesday announced that it has provided professional application and program design services to Verizon to provide an end to end solution for customer Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC) change for the Verizon Consumer Markets campaign.

Interactive Telesis partnered with Technion Communications Corp. on the Verizon project. Technion, a call center solutions provider, is managing the inbound customer inquiries.
