The Clowns don't understand. And that's going to become a bigger and bigger problem.

Please note I was against Gore's tax cut on the same grounds.

All this tax cut noise was a pure election ploy. The oldest in the books. GWB just made his bigger and more irresponsible, but that doesn't seem to stop The Clowns.
