Old Yugoslavian Recipe:

Heat up a bunch of heavy read wine on the stove....slam it down, then either get into a very hot tub of water or under 20 pounds of blankets with plenty of towels near by....and basically cook yerself healthy.

Has worked for me for many years. Of course, just about anything from Yugoslavia involves the quaffing of alcohol, and the ensuing use of guns. But that's another topic. :o)
