apparently not. note: when Insana spoke to the NYSE floor trader shortly after the ramp began, he was told the reason for the ramp were incoming market-on-close buy orders...when the close came, Pissanti reported huge sell overhangs in GE and others...they used CNBS today to trap a few more clowns.
