M2...Obviously, a lot of things are contributing to this slowdown....
One might be an "end 2 the upgrade cycle" contributing to this whole PC/tech mess ??? I mean certain things like cell-phone's are pretty much still getting replaced every year or two......but modems for instance....I use to upgrade every couple years to a faster modem....now I've got a high speed cable modem & I don't see any reason to upgrade in the forseeable future....eventually you get something that is good enuf, fast enuf, whatever, and you don't need to buy a new one in 6 months......that said, there is still enuf new tech stuff coming out and enuf new people getting on-line, etc, buying new toys, to keep the growth flowing, but maybe just not quite at the same rate it was happening before ????
Of course, this is just one of many things....the whole dot-com bubble burst is also flowing through, the reduced VC capital, folks not spending as much because they don't have as much money in their brokerage account, etc, etc....it's all a vicious cycle.....
Can Al rescue us from the depths B4 it's 2 late ????????????
