I order to get better "Secret Ibank" financing they will have to. No one will loan them money where the stock price currently is. Unless the financing is another convertible. The quickest way to get the stock to a comfortable price is to reverse. They sure aren't going to get out of the pennys with their obscure business plan as it sits now. The past two years they have changed their plan so many times that anyone in their right mind would not give them a dime. Believe it or not, their history is the story and the story is horrible.
