Subject: Reverse Split?

Hi Paul,
There are rumors about another reverse split on the horizon.
1) Is there any truth to it?

2) What is the problem with the toll free numbers not working?

3) Are there any plans to start getting informative information out to the
stockholders on a website as to new developments at TIGI? i.e. "What's …Happening"

4) Is there going to be a company name change and symbol change?

5) We shareholders, the longs, are hungry for some positive info. Can
you summarize where the company is at present, it's condition, and
where it is heading in the near future? I guess what I'm asking for is
a "State of the Union" type response, so to speak.

Thanks in advance for your response.

Regards,
Jerry Swails

Paul henry's response........................

Jerry,

(1) There has been no discussion about a reverse split.

(2) We switched to a new long-distance provider - I am having the phone
situation looked into.

(3) We will communicate much more often with shareholders in the New Year,
both through a new web site as well as shareholder letters.

(4) No decision has been made about a name change (which would require a
symbol change).

(5) A "State of the Union" letter to shareholders is coming soon.

Paul
