Rich,

thanks for your thoughts. I don't intend to sell JBL at this price. I just wonder how they predict a 33% growth in Q3 - 2 quarters away. Seems a little hopeful to me. Rumors of an aquisition have been out for at least three month and did not materialize yet.

Slowdown in Q2 is due to fewer business days in the quarter.

At the moment I am a little more concerned about my FLEX holdings (far bigger than JBL, I see both as LTB&H). FLEX went down 15% today out of sympathy. It is unlikely to recover by itself soon and any bad news in their earnings report will move the price further down. SANM went down sharply in the last days as well in spite of being in a slightly different segment. The market values at the moment only relative to yesterdays price and todays news and not based on any fundamentals.

I just start to wonder where the market will turn, but I am confident that the upturn will be violent for a couple of now heavily undervalued stocks (not for the still triple digit P/E, double digit PSR stocks).

Michael
