The problem with charts is that they do not take convertible debs into consideration. It appears the nores are due on the 31rst. I would expect shorting until then. Then they convert at 85% of the stock price. That could be devastating. I believe that is why some think a R/S may be necessary just to keep the stock above a few pennies.

I know that doesn't sound cheerful.
