Greggy, been thinking about possible shorts
since you mention MPPP, in association with RNWK
makes perfect sense

just heard that IT Managers in recent sample report that they have changed in their spending plans
fully 25% of those formerly planning to expand spending now have changed to flat

big iron is now being downgraded
storage is next on widespread basis
here is a short list of kingpin tech leaders and PE's:
NTAP, EXTR, CIEN -- 260
BRCD -- 290
BRCM -- 180
QCOM -- 100

furthermore, the Naz100 which backs up QQQ has PE=100 even now
heard $80M per minute was lost today

QCOM=77 is nowhere near its 52-week low of 52

next up are canceled orders, reduced IT spending
with the new year comes new annual budgets
they are likely to be smaller than anticipated

what are your favorite short picks?
upon any 10-20% rise from current levels, I like all the above

but my favorite is QCOM with just a 10% rise

appreciated, Jim
