essentially yes. when capital became more scarce,
the bbs were the first to self destruct...
many of them are now at 5% or lower from previous ytd highs...
and it has been happening a bit more slowly sector by sector to the naz since March... although a lot of the dot com stock charts now look exactly like the OTC bb charts this year.
of course many of the dot coms are actually becoming OTC bbs now..with lots of delistings on the horizon.

but it helps me to think of the naz with the same risk
I would consider any bb to have.
at this point, I don't really see much difference.
