hi all,

I got a heads-up with regard to AAGP, so, like most of you, I am trying to figure what is the story here (and like a couple of you, suspicion crossed my mind more than once.)

While it may be possible that someone has decided this co p/e and p/e/g are way too rich in today's mkt, but the volume surge and the price plunge (noticed that it fell below its IPO price before pulling back to 7) just AFTER someone (Xanthus Capital L.P.) announced the intention of getting 6 percent of the co sounds very strange.

1st, why the pre-announcement?

2nd, notice that the *investment banker* was the dir of investor relation with AAGP

3rd, with such an announcement, the stk should go UP, not DOWN

Like many of you, I am eager to figure this puzzle out.

regards, Bosco
